Our Gold Package includes all generator maintenance throughout the year except the weekly inspections. Our qualified technician will visit the property once per month. More detailed inspections will be done twice per year. These are the Semi-Annual and Annual inspections with the Load Bank test. An infrared survey will be done during the load bank. Every five years a megger test, cooling system flush and inspect/adjust valve clearances will be done as part of the Five Year Maintenance.

Our Silver Package includes the major inspections. These are the Semi-Annual and Annual inspections with the Load Bank test and an infrared survey. Every five years a megger test, cooling system flush and inspect/adjust valve clearances will be done as part of the Five Year Maintenance.
